Gosh it's bright out here.

Hi there! Here I am, in all my glory! As you can see above, I made my appearance late Monday evening after several hours of tense negotiations between me, Mami and the nursing staff. Here's one of my first pictures ... you should be aware that I'm not always this serious.

Lot's of people have given me great gifts already, but the best is this I-Pod they gave me at the hospital ...



Wait, you say that's NOT an I-Pod? It's a hearing test?!?! Ok, somebody owes me some gadgets. Daddy, take me home. Now.

What a silly world this is going to be ...

As you may be aware, I'm supposed to be here already. The original "due-date" was the 27th, and as you see in the two pictures below, Mami and Daddy have prepared a lovely room for me right next to my big sister's room.

All that said, I'm a little concerned about this pumpkin fixation the outside world seems to have. Yesterday apparently my sister let my parents buy a pumpkin for me, as you see in the first picture. I guess that's ok, but I'm not sure what it's for.
But then Mami painted a picture of a pumpkin on her belly RIGHT ON TOP OF MY ROOM! What is a girl to do? So until I can figure out this pumpkin business I think I'll just stay put.
If you have any suggestions please leave them here ... I promise I'll check in and read your comments. And I'll probably be joining you soon - Mami and Daddy are a little odd, but I think I'm ready to meet them anyway!
